At first I thought that your forum was a graphic, not a forum. It looks rather cartoonish I have to say.
Now, I'm not one for capital letters to its entirity, especially that font. But I do like the little bubble post buttons that inform me whether its an old or new post.
I think you have rather too many forums. Could you subforum some of them?

First of i have to say when i clicked your link it made me jump, I had my volume turned on high and some advertisement came up and said

''OMG Noo Way''

Not a nice welcome :P but i know its a advertisement lol

Now at the very bottom of the board you have this -

I would center it so its in the middle as it looks of.

The capital letters thing i dont like at all, its to much, Maybe considering changing that.

Nearly all of the areas have 0 posts in them so get to work on filling those up as people wont want to join if they have nothing to reply to.

i cant change them because in the middle in the admin panel :)
