I like the skin but the sidebar puts me off because it makes the forum more to the right, but thats just my opinion. Layout is good and you have a good staff team. Keep it up.

Sidebar seems to throw quite a few people off, it isn't the greatest on that skin either. But we keep it up, because it's sort of the "trend" as far as I can see with rp boards at the moment.
