Advertisers are in charge of commenting and moving advertisements in the yellow pages to their proper sub forum and helping out with the Madads Bundles.
Reviewers are in charge of reviewing forums that are requested in the brand new secret review service. Please do read up on the guidelines as these are fairly different from the typical board review that you see offered elsewhere before applying.
Post here if you are interested and state what job you are going for and a resume which contains past and current employment and other information that you wish to provide to us in your application for staff.

First Impression: After clicking the link and loading your web page I first noticed your skin. The skin you have right now is quite impressive. I'm a fan of the colors that have been used on your skin, but you do have some faults throughout the site as I searched further. First off, your banner doesn't quite match the color scheme of your skin. It actually seems to clash with the colors of the skin; rather than compliment it. I'd suggest finding a graphic artist to make you a new one that compliments your skin. The next thing I noticed is your rotational advertisements. The way you have them just there on the top of your index doesn't really look professional. I'd suggest making a table around the rotational advertisements and have text above them saying something along the lines of: "Rotational Advertisements" with a subtext of: "Learn more about our rotational advertisements here. One, it would improve your service's activity, and two it would make your board look much better. After looking down the index a bit I noticed you've used a lot of default colors for your descriptions such as green or yellow. Those colors are definitely not complimenting your skin at all. Try using softer colors, that don't seem to just come at you when you're looking at the skin. For example, you could try this (hex: #41804a) color instead of the green you're using, or this (hex: #b7af33) instead of the yellow. It's much easier on the eyes.
Members/Posts & Activity Of Members: You're statistics are impressive, although you didn't mention the opening date of your board meaning that I cannot correctly evaluate your boards statistics properly. The thing I have with Advertising boards is that most people only come for the advertising, and none for the community, which could be your problem, with me only viewing your forum for so long it's hard for me to define if you have an active community rather than just random people posting everywhere. If you notice nobody on your forum really know each other try and start some events to get your members engaging in personal conversations with the rest of the community. You should really try hosting as many contests as possible which will get members to post more often, and if it works properly it should get them wanting to come back to your forum. Also, buying a domain would help a lot for your forum, it's a lot easier to remember than using the Invisionfree URL.
After I did some calculating you have a decent posting average of 33.6 posts per member which isn't that bad. But unfortunately after inspecting your user list you only have about 4 pages of members above 100 posts. The rest are either 90 or below. The first page of posts was impressive, with about approximately 9 members above 3000 posts, and about two others with 1000+ but then it quickly drops down into the 500s, and the low 300s. By the 6th page out of your 46 pages of members you have only members with 44 posts or below. Which isn't good at all, I imagine if I go down two or three more pages I'd be seeing a lot of members with only 15 posts or below. This isn't good, as I mentioned above, try and host contests that are interesting, and give out prizes that members want to get, not only post count, but signatures, domains, skins, anything you can think of!
Appearance: I have followed your skin a bit, and I know that you've changed it not that long ago. Might I say that this was a much needed improvement to your forum. The one problem I have with your skin at the moment is the background of it. The way to make your forum look much better would be to make the background darker than the insides of the board (Outside the border). This can be changed by going into your CSS, finding "Body background" and changing the hex to one darker than the inside of your forum. The graphics for your board are mostly good, but you do have a problem with your folders. The folders you're using are made for an entirely different skin, and definitely do not match the skin you're using right now. I'd recommend changing them to something darker, and that match better. You also have two default images that either should be removed, or changed. The 'pinned' marker, and the 'goto last unread' marker. I'd suggest remove the 'goto last unread marker' because next to nobody uses it, and change the pinned marker. The big buttons you're using (New topic/new poll etc) are decent, but definitely could be much better once again, I'd recommend trying to find a graphics artist to make you a new set. The forum markers you're using might, or might not end up being a problem for your skin. They're the exact same markers as you had for your old skin, the only semi match your new skin and it's a little bit of a turn off for your forum. The last thing I have to say about the graphics are the team icons. They're of quite low quality. They look as though they've been made with paint. I'd suggest either remaking them yourself using gradients, or finding a GFX artist to make them for you.
If you want to bring out the full capability in your skin, I'd definitely suggest changing the things I've mentioned above. After changing those you would greatly improve the appearance aspect of your board and would attract more members to your forum.
Layout: When I look at the overall layout of the board may I just say it's quite large. The main problem I have with it is the fact of the overall quality of it. What I mean by this is that you have some names that are original like 'User Admittance' then you have some not so original, and almost generic names like: 'Advertisement Packages'. What I know from experience of forums is that you need almost all of your forums to have original names. When making a new layout, be sure to make the names enjoyable, but not confusing. Also, I noticed that your 'Forum Games Tavern' is a seperate forum, I'd suggest making it a subforum in your 'The Lounge Zone' forum.
The overall layout appearance is good, most of your descriptions are of acceptable length but upon further inspection I noticed quite a few spelling errors, and descriptions that only half way make sense. For example in your Design Requestition forum the description is: "Request all your graphics here, and watch our excellent GFX team fill you request. Read the guidelines inside! ". To me, this description looks like it was made in a hurry, and no time nor thought was put into it. If you took three or four minutes of your time to try and make it sound more professional it would greatly benefit you. Example: "Looking for a new graphic for your forum? Our talented design artists are waiting to help you with any graphic request you may have! Come request a graphic today and improve the appearance of your forum!". That was off the top of my head and in my opinion looks a lot better. You have many spelling and punctuation errors within your board, I suggest looking through all of the descriptions and finding them.
Originality: As your board is an advertisement board and it's originality aspect can only be left so high. You have quite a few services, which is good. But none of them stand out to me as being original, nothing I haven't seen before on other advertisement boards. The skin is original though, I commend you for getting a custom skin, nowadays it's a necessity to get one made or else your forum will usually fail. The next step for you would be to get a skin that looks good, without the copyright at the bottom. I'd try to find somebody to pay for a skin without a copyright, or find someone who is willing to make you one for free without the copyright. The layout you have has lost you points, and earned you some at the same time. You've implemented some great forum names, and some generic ones as well. Try to make them all original, and next to none being un-original.
Staff: Regarding your staff, you seem to have dedicated staff, all that seem to be very active! You're staff aspect of this review will be obviously one of your strongest points. You've assembled yourself a strong staff team. They all seem devoted to Advertisement center, and they definitely know how to handle the services of your board. With most of your staff above 1,000 posts it makes it quite obvious that you have a devoted team. But just to add to that, be sure to make sure that if you have inactive staff, demote them. It's not worth having an inactive staff member, just demote the inactive staff, and hire new ones from the forum, or post in an employment section on another resource board such as Revision Reviews, IFrost, Employment, IFA or any others you can find.
Atmosphere: The atmosphere around your forum is quite appealing. Everything seems laid back, and nobody seems to be too strict. This will definitely help with your community, nobody wants to join a forum where a bunch of power obsessed moderators run around controlling everything they can. Be sure to host many contests; caption contests and post fun threads like: "Faces of Advertisement Center" around just so the members can get to know each other, and with any luck they should come visit every day to see what their new friends are doing! One thing that seems to slow down your atmosphere is the layout you're currently using. It seems much too large and not very user friendly. It almost seems as though it's run by a staff room of robots. Try and make the names a bit more appealing for your services. Otherwise you've done quite well on making the atmosphere quite joyful when being at your forum.
Service Quality: The services you offer are decent, but seem to go with quantity, not quality. Your review service for example, the reviews completed don't seem to have the 100% effort that they need. Reviews need to cover everything that they can including post levels, skin, css errors, whatever you can think of. Most of your services do in fact work though. Be sure to keep your services as backlog free as possible. If you're having trouble getting them away from backlog I'd suggest hiring more staff. Don't be afraid to turn a service offline, it's only temporary, and it'll improve the speed of requests being finished.
Personal Opinion: Personally, I wasn't ever much of a fan for Advertisement Center. It always seemed overwhelming. Maybe if I tried a bit harder to understand the overall focus of the board I may be able to engage myself with the community, but as of now I cannot. There seems to be way too many forums, too many services that are quite similar. I'm not saying that you should remove these services, but I'm suggesting that you find a way to display them in a more professional manner. The way you have them right now seems like a lot of forums with services within them. Try and make them seem less overwhelming, by improving the descriptions, and the names to suit what they do for the members forum. Otherwise, if I ever need to promote my forum, Advertisement Center is a great forum that I'd use every time.
Overall/Final Comments: As I finish this review I'd like to say well done on your new skin, but I'd recommend changing the graphics I mention in the Appearance section of this review, fixing the spelling errors I mentioned in the Layout section of this review. You've done well earning posts for Advertisement Center, you've got yourself an impressive amount of members and posts, as well as found some great staff to deal with the forum. I'd suggest maybe getting a better domain such as '.sytes.net' or a payed '.net' domain. You guys definitely deserve a domain. Maybe even a revamp to fix all of what I've mentioned above, I'm sure the members would come flooding into your site if you'd do that.
To Do's:
- Create original forum names
- Organize your forum a bit more
- Keep advertising and working on member activity & community.

All markings are out of ten (10) Appearance: 8/10 Number of Members: 9/10 Post Count: 9.5/10 Originality: 7.5/10 Layout: 7/10 Quality of Staff: 8.5/10 Activity: 10/10 Total Score 59.5/70 - 80% - Great forum; could use some work.
Appearance:
While your skin is quite advanced in some areas, such as the index; it does have some flaws. I've searched through some of the main areas of the skin and they're fairly well skinned. One of the things I noticed within the first few seconds of viewing your skin was the background image on the 'register' forum. It looks as though it's a picture of the skin on low opacity. Personally in my opinion this doesn't match the flow of your skin, as it has enough patterns as it is. Another is highly unnecessary. In the posting page of your skin the white areas (the .codebuttons) are standing out. I'd recommend adding a matching background color to them.
I personally really like you banner, and most of your graphics, although I've found a few problems within each of these sections. Your banner - the text is fairly choppy, and the background colors don't match the skin you're using. Your graphics are fairly all well made, although your large posting buttons seem a little bit too simple for a skin of your caliber. The large buttons you're using are simply a gradient, with a gloss effect, and text. Whereas your skin has an advanced maintitle with random circle shapes with designs. If anything, you should incorporate some of these circles into your large buttons. I've also noticed your emoticons, they seem as though they're default. Once again, I'd recommend finding new matching emoticons, or requesting new emoticons at a nearby resource forum. While I'm still on the topic of graphics I've noticed that your 'Hot topic new' and 'Hot topic no new' are as show here. This more to me resembles a 'pinned' topic; whereas you've used this marker instead, which makes a bit of sense because of the marker pointing upwards, but it doesn't deem the topic as important like most markers should be. Perhaps changing these markers would make it easier for the new member(s) to navigate through you forum, as I infact, was confused by this.
Number of Members & Post Count
While I write this review you have 2,919 registered users, and 426,482 posts. This is not a bad number at [i]all. You have roughly 120 posts per member. This number isn't exactly accurate, but it's approximately correct. Your forum's activity seems to be blooming, and your forum seems to be exceeding it's original expectations. [/i]
Originality:
Your forum's originality mark cannot be too high in my opinion. Although you have spread your forums out well, and covered many subjects with next to no forums with any lack of posts, or topics. One thing I noticed while looking at your banner, your banner to me; without reading the subtext it makes me automatically look for animé based subjects. The Anizone seems like an animé forum.
Layout:
Your layout is simple. I personally, love simple layouts, they're very easy to navigate through, but tend to get old very quickly. You've used very simple names such as: 'Questions & Feedback' and 'Television & Movies'. You could easily change these to something a little more flavorful. For 'Television & Movies' for example, you could have: 'The Cinema' which would add a little more flavor to your layout.
Quality of Staff:
Your staff are doing their jobs well. As I'm not part of the community it's very difficult for me to rate the quality of your staff members. As far as I can see they act mature around the members, and are not being influenced by anything outside of the moderation. They don't seem power obsessed, nor are they being abusive with their powers.
Thank you for waiting for your review. I hope you take some of my suggestions and incorperate some of the ideas into your forum. The Anizone has much potential, and I've enjoyed reviewing it. Thank you for choosing Lucrative Studios, and we hope you come again!

Why we should hire you?:I'm a very active member of all forums I choose to be a part of. I'm very familiar with the Invisionfree system including the Admin. CP and the Mod. CP. I give support on the official Support Boards for Invisionfree with approximately 1,400 posts. I'm very knowledgeable with Invisionfree, members usually do not hesitate in asking me questions about IF. I speak fluent English, as a first language, and I know next to everything there is to know about punctuation, grammar, and all aspects of English. I'm also capable of speaking in fluent French. I can add to your community! I'm an active user, and I work hard to think of great topics to get your community base spreading their opinions about the subjects! Every day I will work hard to ease yours, and the other staff's work load. I'm know quite a bit about the Invisionfree CSS, and HTML as a whole. I've skinned quite a few skins in the last month or so, here are some examples: Otherwise, you should consider me for staff at your forum because I'm active, kind, knowledgeable, intelligent, and would be a great contribution to your community. Thank you for reviewing my resumé, and I hope to hear from you soon. -Ardy |

Why should we hire you?
I'm extremely active on forums I register on. I will not register on a forum if I will not dedicate myself to it. You are able to see I have dedicated myself to Madads. I am a community person which means I enjoy watching the community communicate, enjoy themselves, and finally, being a part of the community myself. I now see how great Madads is because I got to discover there are some people who care about nothing but money. (Get A Link)
How much time do you have?
I can spend 5 hours a day of Madads, improving and contributing to the community. You say I have no life, I say I can improve the community.
What forum knowledge do you havee?
I'm reading a pook, cover to cover, called "Managing Online Forums" written by Patrick O'Keefe. He is a professional community administrator. I have acquired a lot of information. Not only am I experiencing other successful community admins running their communities, I am running a successful one myself.
Forums require coding from the administrators. I have full knowledge of HTML (Hypertext Markup Language), some knowledge of PHP (PHP: Hypertext Processor), a good amount of knowlege of CSS (Cascade Style Sheets), and of course BBcode! It's hard to find someone with all of this knowledge.
Do you have any notes?
Yes: Hire me, and you won't regret it!

Why We Should Hire You:
I am a very good advertiser, I have written tutorials for advertising. I know of valuable techniques that work in when trying to sell a product, the product being this forum. I am an active figure amongst forums of all servers, pretty well known, which helps when Advertising.
I consider myself as a good poster with content that actually matters rather than posting in the threads that occur over and over. Good posters are better at advertising as they portray a sign of brilliance to a forum they're advertising, and this forum needs something to attract the right type of people to it. With great forumers on board you will maintain a high level of decency within the forum posts, creating an intelligent and useful atmosphere around forums, which is fun to debate in.
I have a lifestyle that makes internet forum working possible, I live in Fiji, which is Between both Australia and the States. I study at an online university which means I have to be online a lot, studying. I like to spread my knowledge of various things and get the best out of them within discussions. I am very open minded which comes from living in many countries around the world.
All in all I think I'm suited to both advertising and general forum moderation, I am a keen forumer and know how to bring both fun and intelligence to a forum.

I hate resumes, they just annoy me that someone must have pre-arranged information about who they "are" and where they've worked before to prove themselves to be on a staff team.
I would like to apply for the one remaining review position. The reason being I love your new idea and I would like to test out how it works and how effective it is. I think I can do the job quite well as I've held review positions before at places like Unlimited Results(Now Infinite Results) and Analysis Committee and I've done reviews for my boards in the past(e.g. AdView) so I think I have the ability and the experience of doing normal reviews, which I can take on to doing these "Secret" reviews.
All applying have probably never done this sort of reviewing before and I think we'd all do with a chance to do a review in this "new way" but I feel I can take on the job and do it quite well.
I hope you like my "resume" and accept me, lol.

lol trust me a long list of links isn't going to impress me or increase your chances of getting anything. if anything I just want to know who's interested in a job on here and where you been so I can see what you can do.
By any chance, do you have a review that you done that I can see so I and the staff team can see how well you can review.

Greetings Viral, Hatori here presenting you with a brief review for your forum, Zeta Resources. This is my very first review at Lucrative Studios and hopefully you would follow the following advices that I will present to you. I do not guarantee anything, but I am sure this could really help your forum improve a lot. Sit back and enjoy reading my review for you.
Appearance:
This is one of the best advantages a forum can obtain. Your appearance will make a critical statement for your forum and it will have a serious effect for your users. Ok, When I first logged in as the given reviewer account, I noticed a very severe flaw with your forum’s resolution settings. Here is what I saw. :: http://aquate.us/u/Untitle5.jpg :: I am not very sure if this problem is occurring only in my computer, but to be very sure I advice you fix this as soon as possible. Now, the banner, Your banner for now is not at all amusing. It is basic photoshop and will not give up high amounts of graphic points for you. You are a resource forum, you should be the ideal forum which possess sleek and professional graphical work. For graphical requirements such as this, I advice you to use one of Lucrative Studio’s services which is located Here. Your background is not that appealing. Floral Designs this days are not much appealing as long as you keep them bright and colorful. Yours is a bit bland and simple which makes the board a bit boring. Anyways this could also put some professionalism with the board in some point of view. I advice you to find a new skin, a better one which would really stress out the word “Resource” in it.
Number of Members:
As you said in your additional information, you opened just this December 2007 right? If I am correct, You are gaining an estimated amount of 7 Members per passing day from your opening until today. This is very active in my opinion. Still, there are some suggestions I want to stress out. “Advertise More!” I don’t see any of your advertisement much mostly on all the advertisement forums I am on. Post Count:
| QUOTE | | Total Forum Posts: 16,067 |
For the tremendous amount of your members, 16,067 posts is not enough. There are only 20 posts per member as estimated. This is bad for this kind of forum. I suggest you put in more effort in making posting contests and a lot more contests that could boost up your posts. Still watch out for spam posts, try limiting it, it’s good for the statistics but it is not good for the board’s quality. Because I can’t see your board’s posts, I can’t manage to see if all of these posts counts or majority of them are in quality. Next time, include a psot viewing rights to your review account. There is not much to say but do more activity by events and posting contest or think of a more innovative way and it will surely boost up your member post count! Originality:There are nothing that makes your forum original far from the real fact it is the best resource forum in Zeta Boards not counting the official ZB forum. The services are the same and everything is nothing in particularly interesting. As I said, try to think of more services, add up more of those brain juice and think of original services! These current ones can be seen at millions of boards, try to be original. Nothing is original at your board except the changing theme of your board. The skins are original, that’s a good point and it will surely make your members interested. Just try to make a better standing with originality and this will surely separate you from the rest! Layout:Your layout is very simple. The descriptions are too short and the names are not unique or well thought off. I will have to recommend you to try follow a premade guideline here or use a better layout by thinking of a more descriptive description along with a unique but straight to the point name. You can find great layouts here and try to construct your own via inspiration here . You can also request a layout at the same category and get a good layout from the staff! For now, your forum is lacking many things when it comes to the layout. Hopefully you change it with a better layout and a more descriptive one. The good thing about your current layout is the effectiveness of it. It is not much of a drag when people join in your forum. The names are simple enough to understand and anyone could easily navigate it, but as I said, A better layout means more professionalism for you. Quality of Staff:As for your staffs activity and quality, I can’t much see anything wrong with it except the following. There is one account which is in the group of Administrators named ben29. He is only possessing 11 posts. I may consider this if that account is the root admin account and is acting as your main back-up account. If my guessed wrong, and this is a real admin with a user, you should consider of firing him for his inactivity. With a high staff field. Someone like him should not be trusted as your administrator. As I can also see, your staff team, specifically, Design Team, Services Team, Theme Team & Support Team are all vacant. For a decent large board like yours, you should consider of finding more staffs to help you out with everyday work. My only advice for your staff is to expand it more for more help. Try to find staffs Here! Activity:As I said, for that number of members, you should have a wide range of activity. You should be advertising more and bringing in more members. Make contests that could increase a lot of your activity and it will guarantee success for you. Make sure you invite your friends via MSN and advertising in forums are not the only way, advertising by mouth is also a good help and by telling your friends or colleagues to join in will guarantee you a lot of activity. With every hard work, a sure shot member will join. Here is my review. Thank you for reading it and hopefully I helped you through this review. I wish to be in great service for you and I do hope of you, following my advice. Thank you again and continue on supporting Lucrative Studios. This is Hatori, your reviewer from Lucrative Studios Thank you for your patience, and I hope that you find our suggestions and comments helpful towards your forum and we hope that you will decide to use this service again in the future, -- Hatori | LS Staff |

Introduction: Greetings Nemisis. This is Hatori speaking and I am willing to give you a top-notch review for the benefit of your forum. I advice you to listen to my advices and I hope you follow all of it. It is for the better of your board. Ok let us start now. Layout: The layout is basically the building blocks of your board. It is one of the greatest element that could make your board organized and nifty. I observed your board has a decent layout which will make members get this comfortable feeling navigating your board. This is great for forums like yours. There is something I would advice though, do make them much more better. Make your category names more unique, this would encourage members that you really want your forum to be unique. When thinking of new names, be sure to make it possess simple yet unique layout. Be descriptive with your forum descriptions as for this is the basis of your members in navigating through your board. Try limiting your descriptions to 3 sentences each. This could really make your board look professional and well thought for. Score:7-20 ( This is surely a bad score to have, try to make major arrangements and next time, it will surely be higher ) Appearance: Frankly speaking, your board’s appearance burns my eyes. The red blended with black made it worst. I would request you to find a more appealing skin. This could turn off majority of your members. Try making it soft and simple. You can find many more great themes in various ZB resources. This could really boost up everything in your forum! This is a downfall for your forum, I am sorry to say but I will have to give you a fairly low score on this. Make a major arrangement with your forum’s skin and everything will be ok. Score: 6-20 ( This is surely a bad score to have, try to make major arrangements and next time, it will surely be higher ) Activity: You have a very low activity going on. Consider of advertising? Advertising in various advertisement boards can really help a lot in creating a forum. Without this, you wouldn’t collect many members of your liking. Advertise by mouth too! Invite your friends or colleagues that are also interested in your forum genre. This would help out in every aspects of your forum. Here is good list of all advertising boards that you can advertise on and will guarantee you activity.
Following my advice could guarantee you a boost of activity, for now you should consider of mass advertising. Let others help you and let others advertise you. Make affiliates and try to make friends as well. When you gain a fair amount of members, try making contests such as posting competitions. This idea might not be unique, but it will surely help you out. Score:3-20 ( Fairly bad, try to advertise more and it will guarantee a boost ) Originality: I never thought of bumping to this kind of board in my whole forum life. Your board is significant in many ways. I may have seen many other Sci-Fi or RPG boards out there, but your stand out! This is a great boost for your score, for it differs you from the rest. Keep this idea up and be sure to stick with it whatever happens. I see that you are also trying to be unique with the skin, but as I stated, make it better and it will be alright. I have nothing much to say but goodluck with this idea and make it broader. Try adding up some more of your great imagination and it will guarantee you success Score: 17-20 Quality Of Staff: I see your staff Is well dedicated being at the top of posters. Your forum is starting off and it doesn’t need tremendous amount of staffs yet. I advice you to remind your staff about their work. Post a reminder at your staff forum in where you can remind your staff about their responsibilities. There is nothing wrong with the quality of posts from your staffs. Just keep up the hard work and it will rest assure quality success for you. Score:18__-20 Total Score: 51-100- Fair Enough. Try to make a total update with your board and follow my advice.

lol trust me a long list of links isn't going to impress me or increase your chances of getting anything. if anything I just want to know who's interested in a job on here and where you been so I can see what you can do.
By any chance, do you have a review that you done that I can see so I and the staff team can see how well you can review. |
I could do a "test" review if you wish. I guess I could do MadAds, or you could pick the forum, whatever you like. I've lost all my reviews because of board closure or the fact that they're jumbled up with a few thousand other topics.

Is that so? Well, as I talk to bluezone nearly everyday at another forum, I wouldn't really leak.
Oh, and what's so bad about me or are you both here to talk crap to each other? You should be at Mokata finding the leakers. :ooooh:
